Dybala sustained the injury when he closed down a Sampdoria defender with an outstretched leg.
The 27-year-old Argentina international landed awkwardly and was subsequently forced to sub off.
Having visibly broken down in tears on the pitch, his team-mates rushed over to console him before he made his way to the changing rooms.

It is believed Dybala will undergo a full examination by Juve’s medical staff on Monday at their Contessa training ground – leaving Massimiliano Allegri sweating over his fitness for Wednesday.
Should Dybala’s injury be deemed as serious, he could also miss Juve’s Serie A fixture against Torino on October 2.
Dybala – who wore the captains armband against Sampdoria -will be a huge loss for the Serie A team after providing several stellar performances during the 2021-2022 campaign so far.
Allegri will also be without Alvaro morata when Juve face Chelsea at home in the Champions League on Wednesday.
