He is charged with common domestic violence assault, stalking and intimidation, and making false documents to obtain financial advantage, The Daily Telegraph reported.
He will appear in Sutherland Local Court on Wednesday.
Jackson’s mother Amy Watson wrote to Sailor in 1998 soon after he was born, letting him know their brief fling resulted in a son.

Sailor’s other son Tristan was born just two months earlier with the pair growing up playing representative football together.
Tristan Sailor will face court for a trial over an unconnected incident in which he is allegedly drugged and raped a woman following a night out at a Bondi pub.
He denies the allegations.
